As part of our operations, we need to obtain and process information. This information includes any online or offline data that makes a person identifiable such as names, addresses, emails, digital footprints, photographs etc.
When information is available to us the following rules apply:


Data will be kept accurate and up to date, collected fairly and for lawful purposes only, processed by Tough Love with its legal and moral boundaries, protected against any unauthorised or illegal access by internal or external parties.
Data will not be communicated informally, stored for more than 3 years, transferred to organisations, states or countries, that do not have adequate data protection policies, distributed to any party other than the ones agreed upon by the data’s owner (exempting legitimate request by law enforcement authorities)


In addition to ways of handling the data, Tough Love has direct obligations towards people to whom the data belongs. Specifically:


Personal, Medical and emergency data is collected through a written form. This information is used and accessible specifically by Tough Love employers to allow the safe practice of tattooing in particular and may be shared with medical professionals should you require medical attention whilst at the Tough Love premises.


Correspondence via emails and messages on other social media platforms leading up to and after the clients tattoo appointment are accessible to Tough Love employees to help with designs and appointments.


Photographs collected by the artist may also be used with the customers permission on social media platforms and website for marketing purposes.


Tough Love reserves the right to allow people to request that we modify, erase, reduce or correct data contained in our data bases.
